Can I purchase prints in person?
At the moment — no. However, if you’re a storekeeper and would like to discuss stocking a product, please send a message via the contact form to get in touch.
Shipping
How soon will I receive my order?
For orders within the US, standard shipping time is 3-4 business days after processing. For orders outside of the US, shipping can take up to 14 business days. If your order is taking longer than expected, please submit a message and we’ll look into it.
Can I purchase a print outside of the US?
Yes! Orders can be shipped to most major territories outside of the US. If you’re having trouble with selecting shipping for your location, please send a message via the contact form and we’ll be happy to assist.
What if my package gets damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please send a message via the contact form and we’ll help you with getting a replacement and returning the damaged item.
What if my package gets lost?
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, please send a message via the contact form and we’ll help locate the package or issue a replacement if necessary.
Returns
If you are not pleased with your purchase, please submit a message using the contact form. Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Once the item has been received in good condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
